The hotel's staff was caring and courteous, delivering a delightful breakfast with gluten-free options and offering pool-ready towels. the surrounding villages were charming and quiet, making for a peaceful stay.
The spa's steam room was not up to expectations, disappointing guests looking for a relaxing experience.

We had a great city break and enjoyed the comfortable bed we slept in. The indoor pool across the street was a nice touch, but the smoothies offered there were even better. Another advantage was the beautiful view from our window that we could appreciate for hours.
We found it really frustrating that we had to leave the hotel to use the fitness center. It was also a hassle to find someone to check us in and out. The breakfast was decent, but not very extensive. In summary, we were not very impressed with the amenities and service provided at this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They provided me with excellent recommendations for transportation and nearby activities in the beautiful nature surrounding the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were impressive, and the breakfast was beyond my expectations with various breads and delicacies. Additionally, I appreciated that the hotel accommodated my dietary restrictions with gluten-free bread.
Nothing all excellent.

Had an amazing New Year's stay at a small and cosy hotel in a stunning location. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved the well-equipped room, which had both pool and shower towels provided, as well as bathrobes, and a basket to take towels to the pool. Breakfast was excellent and had gluten-free options, which my son loved. The nearby swimming pool was a great plus and had amazing views of the mountains.
The limited availability of vegetarian options in the surrounding restaurants. It was a little challenging to find a place to have dinner as we are vegetarians and there were only two available options due to the small village location and many restaurants being closed for the holiday season.

Absolutely nothing.
